  Our law office had been established in 2002, right after Mrs. Corina-Ruxandra Popescu became a senior lawyer, in order to perform the legal activity with professionalism and seriousness. Our clients are mostly Romanian and foreign companies, foreign investors, all with projects and problems in the area of business law. The natural persons are also an important part of our clients, in the area of real estates law.
In the cases when the specialty of our law office do not cover completely the needs of our clients, we can cooperate with other specialized lawyers in the fields as: family law, inheritable law, labour law, criminal law.
We defend our clients interests, in the area of the human rights (e.g. the right to a fair trial, the right to freedom, the right of property or freedom of speech, the rights arising from the business law or fiscal law), by providing consultancy during the internal procedures and representation before the European Court of Human Rights. Under this aspect, there is a special cooperation with the partner’s husband, Ph.D. in Law, university professor Mr. Corneliu-Liviu Popescu, lawyer specialized in the European law of human rights.
